To use your health or accident insurance benefits, please provide your national identity card or government-issued card along with your insurance card or policy number and follow the instructions below.
1. Out-patient Services
- Patients are required to register at the registration counter.
- After registration, patients should verify their benefits according to the insurance policy.
- Patients must be responsible for any medical expenses in excessof the coverage limit.
- Coverage of medical expenses is as specified in the insurance policy.
2. In-patient Services
- Our staff will coordinate with the insurance company to verify the insurance benefits and coverage (within 24 hours of admission).
- Patients must be responsible for any medical expenses in excess of the coverage limit.
- Coverage of medical expenses is as specified in the insurance policy.
3. For patients who would like to verify the insurance benefits and coverage status prior to receiving our services
- Please contact the hospital to schedule an appointment.
- Our staff will coordinate with the insurance company to verify the insurance benefits and coverage.
- We will inform you of your insurance eligibility and benefits and confirm the appointment date.
- You must be responsible for any medical expenses in excess of the coverage limit.
- Coverage of medical expenses is as specified in the insurance policy.
