Co-payment rates for medical expenses are as follows:
- Room and board expenses exceeding 1,000.- Baht/day
- Surcharge for prosthetic materials exceeding the reference price set by the Central Bank's announcement
- Medical fee charges, including:
*Surgeon's fee
*Anesthetist fee
*Visiting physician fee - Surcharge fee
- Preoperative diagnostic examination fee
If you wish to participate in the program, you must bring your surgery appointment letter from a government hospital, private hospital, or clinic where you received treatment, along with your medical history from the past 3-6 months/pregnancy record book. Please visit the Public Relations Department on the 1st floor of Phitsanulok Hospital during business hours to verify your eligibility and schedule your hospital admission at least 7 days in advance of the service date.
