To prevent these diseases in hot weather, we should eat freshly cooked food, avoid consuming food exposed to flies, store leftovers in the refrigerator or reheat them before eating, use serving spoons when sharing food, wash hands before eating and after using the restroom, and lastly, drink clean water such as bottled water with the FDA label or boiled water.
