      In this era, #office syndrome appears to be an illness many modern people suffer from due to changing work patterns and lifestyles.   • Headaches Headaches induced by office syndrome are frequently caused by the growth of stiff shoulder muscles that impede blood from freely flowing to the head. It is sometimes triggered by eye pain or dry eyes, followed by sharp pain in the cranium. Some people suffer from migraine headaches
  • Back Pain Back painis caused by poor standing or sitting posture for an extended period of time or by overuse of the back muscles, resulting in muscle injury
